My friend can't hang out with me anymore because her boyfriend's uncomfortable

Hey Reddit I was wanting some advice about something so I have a female friend has a bit of a controlling boyfriend and she was part of like my dungeons and dragons group and her boyfriend believes very strongly that men and women can't be friends and my friend recently messaged me that we weren't able to hang out anymore because her boyfriend felt uncomfortable with hanging out with other dudes and I kind of felt hurt by this in the way sound and she is described this dude has been "misogynists and self centered" I'm like every time she talks about him she doesn't really paint him in a positive light and she said that it probably won't go as long as past as like their college year but now she says she cares about him and wants to make him feel comfortable" so I'm autistic and this kind of just confuses me like I kind of feel like my friends making a mistake just kind of which I do go about it like. Like leaving a friend group for this dude like this like a weird manipulation strategy is she just using them as an excuse to like not be friends with me anymore like I don't know this seems like a whole weird situation This whole entire situation like when I got this message from her I felt kind of like a sting in my chest cuz I felt like I was like losing a friend but sometimes we take community transit and she said it was okay if we chatted there but like only there and it feels weird Basic info about this whole entire situation I'm M25 my friend is F21 and her boyfriend is M21 I believe I never met the guy and this is why I feel the situations weird
