i got a piercing at claires

got my cartilage pierced at claire’s back in february, and it’s been having trouble healing. they didn’t give me a lot of instructions or rules to follow, and i already know that the piercing gun is bad :(. today i got a piercing bump, and i don’t really know what to do about it. any tips? :)
