Jewelry Suggestion

I was unsure whether to put this in trouble shooting or jewelry! But I actually just want a good trustworthy website to get specific jewelry. I have a vertical labret specifically, but want smaller balls and a small bar because I have small features. I would love suggestions!! Thank you so much
