How to deal with anxiety attacks when I can’t afford a therapist

I’ve been dealing with this for a long time and I can’t handle it now, i don’t know if i got the right diagnosis but i just feel all of a sudden a wave of anxiety, pressure, sadness, fear of the future, feeling unsafe and shit
Anyone experienced this before ? Any tips to cope
