Furnace Hesitating?

During a cooling cycle, my furnace/AC will hesitate for 1 second and then resume normal cycle. When listening to it run /hearing from the vents, it sounds like it very briefly shuts off or blows slower/lighter for literally 1 second or less and then goes back to normal. I did not notice this during heating cycles but may have been doing it then too. Any ideas?

Goodman gr9s800603bn 6mo old. Armstrong AC unit 2 ton. 6 year old.
