How can I be in love without sounding desperate?

✅ Open To Everyone

So, I met this guy 32 months ago ( 2 years and 8 months ) and I feel madly in love with him.

At first, we both were just exploring and having fun ( at the time I was seeing other people so is he ) but with time and meeting more and traveling together in my country or to other countries, in peace and big harmony, it started to change.

I fell in love the second year but never told him anything ( he noticed of course, as well as he fell in love with me ).

In November last year, after 2 years, it started to be heavy on my chest so I told him once and mentioned I was not expecting anything in return nor wanted to pressure him with anything.

He was busy with his own life, he lives in a different country and I moved to another as well. ( Was a mess anyway ).

We ended up agreeing in February to just be parted and that was best for both of us.

For both our sake, I tried to move on although I couldn't.

In May, it was my birthday and he sent me a letter full of things, I was hesitant to reply tbh but I ended up replying, he mentioned he has many things he regrets not telling me.

Long story short, I went for it and gave him a date to meet and chat ( because to be fair, we never had a discussion ).

We put this in order and decided to just be with each other ( one of the things is both hiding it from our families ).

We both love each other a lot, and he is doing a lot for me and encouraging me to do more in life which I highly appreciate! And we will be moving in together ( will move to a different country both of us ). And I'm highly excited!

My issue is, I have slightly more free time than him, and sometimes it feels like I'm desperate to talk more, or chat more, or just be together.

I do respect his private time and whenever he has work, but I can't get over this feeling that I have in my head and it's freaking me out.

How do you see, as a man, someone suffocating you? Or sounding desperate for love?

( I truly love this guy but I don't know what to dooo? 🥲 It's sort of my first relationship and live in together so help!!! And be gentle please, I may have missed many things but I also don't know how to tell the story )

I appreciate your reading and I would appreciate your advice.
