Score jumps/drops

I’ve been seeing a lot about people doing either much better or worse compared to practice test. Idk how many people know this but Nbme actually changed step 2 breakdown by increasing peds to 17-27% and decreased surgery. So to those who haven’t taken it yet, make sure to put a greater emphasis on peds. Good luck everyone!
