Legion 5 (2020) Keyboard

Hi all!

i have a legion 5 (2020), for some time the keyboard from the laptop is not working. The keyboard works in the BIOS but as soon as windows loads, the keyboard also stops working apart from fn+q/fn+space buttons.

Occasionally on a random boot up the keyboard starts working, and it works flawlessly until a shutdown/restart happens.

till now ive tried the 60 sec power button trick, updating/deleting/reinstalling drivers/ windows roll back and disabled some check boxes from the power management tab etc, but nothing seems to fix it, (External keyboards work fine)

will i need to get my keyboard changed or any other solution is recommended? any sort of help is welcomee
