Fenway Tickets / Last-minute box office & online drop tips?

Hi! I want to try to get last-minute tickets for 7/7 or 7/8. I plan on going to the box office in person and will also be constantly refreshing Ticketmaster and MLB.

Does anyone have tips or info? What time should I get to the box office, and does anyone know what time tickets usually drop online? If all else fails, I’ll just be singing outside lol.
