Moving out at 17

I need to move out and I'm 17 idk really hoe to get a place . Most places you need a guarantor which I don't have.

The best option I think would be rent a spare room out but I've looked on Facebook and didnr find much of that. Student housing maybe but still been under 18 is hard

What should I do
