How can I make less air vehicles spawn?

I'm not sure if anyone asked this before, but the big amount of helicopters and planes annoys me. Whenever I do 50v50 around 80 bots are in the air and only 20 remaining bots capture flags. Is there way I can limit the number of air vehicles?
