*Mikarin is Best Girl Reason #390:* **She is big on fidelity**

Infidelity is wrong. It’s so wrong, horrible, and evil that many people get uncomfortable from just speaking about it. It makes sense, right? After all, it is a betrayal of trust and the biggest indicator of a relationship falling apart. Nobody wants that. Although most people agree infidelity is terrible, it’s a lot more common than we realize. According to Google, some estimates say as many as 50% of people cheat at least once in their life. It’s really unfortunate, but, due to the world we live in, the question “will they ever cheat?” is something most people will ask their entire life. If your partner values fidelity, they are automatically in the top half, and the stats back that up.

Mikarin values fidelity a lot. Obviously, she stated numerous times that she would never betray anyone, and her actions support this; she has turned down career advancement, easier relationships, and her own happiness in the name of loyalty. However, I’m even more impressed that she enforces this standard on others. If someone she knows is disloyal, she will call them out (no matter who they are). For example, even though she loves Okumura, she wasn’t afraid to call him out when she thought he “cheated” on Liliel. She practices fidelity herself and ensures others do so too. We need more people like that in the world. If we had more Mikarins, infidelity would plummet. She’d never cheat, and that’s one more reason she’s the best girl.

That's why Reason #390 is “**She is big on fidelity.”**

Tune in tomorrow for more.
