Att call center training job

I recently got hired and my training date is soon. All I got so far is a start date of July 13th and who my manager is and the time of 9am to 6pm. Is training really that long the entire time and how long is training supposed to be because they stated they have a nesting period but if you look alright during they can remove you from it early
