Joined the club. First license, and the first vehicle in my life is Tacom.
I just got my driver’s license this week, as well as the first vehicle of my life! I purchased a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in Inferno Orange. This was a 178k miles truck, and its name is Phoebvs (P-HOY-bus).
I’m so excited to drive and have fun with this truck. Does anyone have any must-have suggestions?
My personal plan for the truck build is to replace the factory suspension with Bilstein 6112s and 5100s in the rear, leveling it up with a 2-inch lift. To be honest, I might have some off-road needs. I am majoring in entomology, so I will be going around mountains and forests to collect insects.
I plan to do the modifications one by one rather than all at once, as I am still trying to save up the money for them. It won't be that quick.
In the beginning of August, I have a plan to travel with my Phoebvs from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin and finally to Texas in three days.
