Advice please

Hello! May I please have any advice/tips for dealing with migraines? I’m to the point of trying literally anything 😅.. and need to vent a little bit.

Mine started a few years ago where they were persistent for a little while then went away where it’s manageable until this past year they’ve been so draining and have them every single day. Have gone to so many doctors that say they are headaches and to do mindful exercises/less stress. I have even gotten a CT scan, got balloon sinuplasty. That helped for a while until now it’s back all over again. I’m just tired of taking anything to help it from ibuprofen, excederin, goodys headache powder, imitrex. Mine start off around the temple or below the temple then creep up to the top of my head and always on my left side. and once it’s in full effect my scalp in that area is so painfully tender.
What else is there to do really 😂😅 tips pleasee.
