Felt washer replacement

Just purchased a used BBE. While deep cleaning grinder assembly, I discovered that the felt washer under the lower burr (part# SP0001575) was in poor condition. Have others made it themselves or purchased it cheaper from the third party? Paying 15+ dollars including shipping for a felt pad washer seems excessive.
