About to be social sec of an averagely sized sports society

Going into my second year of uni and ive ended up as social sec of a society of about 50 members and about 20-30 people per social. Have any past social secs got any tips/ tricks or social ideas that they have used in the past or any ideas of socials that they’ve done?
