Toy Story toys collection

Hello everyone! Please, tell me one thing. I'm gonna start collecting Toy Story toys, which manufacturers should I consider buying? I mean there are a lot of them, I know Disney Store, Mattel and Thinkway. As I know, Thinkway closed down a while ago and prices are high. Moreover, they have regular items and high accuracy ones. Do they or any other have value in terms of collecting? What aspects should I bear in mind before buying? And what about small figures from Beast Kingdom , Top Toy and others that have a license? Any information is appreciated, thanks
