Want last words from my grandma

My grandma is dying and probably soon and I've brought up before about wanting to make a video of her story/what she wants to be remembered by/last words kinda thing and she said she'd think about what she wanted to say, but that was months ago and I haven't been able to bring it up since.

I still really want that though because I hear how many people forget the sound of their voice or only have a voicemail to remember them by and I wanted something more than that but I don't know how to bring it up to her? She's not doing well mentally and I think she gets upset by the thought of dying, as would most. She's in and out of the hospital a lot and doesn't want to be seen by anybody most of the time but I'm seeing her tomorrow.

I don't want to upset her or make things awkward but there's been a few close calls in the recent weeks. She doesn't seem to want to get better and so I feel like it's now or never. I'm terrible at reading social cues and knowing what to do in social situations so I'm truly at a loss for what's appropriate/acceptable.

I know this is a weird situation but is there anyway to bring this up gracefully? Is it better to just forget about it? Should I wait for another time instead of tomorrow?
