Will smurfs ever actually be addressed?

Ayt listen straight to point. The smurfing issue in this game is actually atrocious. The amount of times ive been in comp and someones run a lobby because they're clearly a higher rank on an alt account but nothing happens. You hit that big ol button to complain, and it and it goes nowhere. I dont think a game should be too catered to the casuals but come on, if you're gonna have a ranked game AT LEAST take that seriously. Mind you im not the best player. I probably deserve to be at the rank I am at. But if that must be then at the very least I deserve to play with people in my skill level and not be rolled by some jobless swear
