Hello everyone, as a casual enjoyer of this sub, I'd like to start something, please pardon me if this has been done before. I wanted to test the waters out a little bit, if there's interest for this I will put some more effort into future tournaments

With that out of the way, may I introduce my first Naruto Build Tournament, where experts of this sub will be competing & judging one another! Here's a quick breakdown of the Rules:

* You have **100 Points**.
* You **MUST** choose **one Base Stats** package (submissions without it will default to Iruka).
* You may choose **only ONE version of any evolving ability** (example: you cant take DMS & Itachi's MS).
* You may choose **up to THREE abilities from the FREE tier.**
* Base stat characters include base stats only. This means no individual feats of said characters, nor upgrades through character/skill combination. For example if you select EMS Madara you don't get Rinnegan through Hashirama regeneration/cells skill, nor do Itachi stats come with ninja aids.
* If an ability is an upgraded version, it automatically includes every previous stage.
* Example:
   * EMS includes MS + 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
   * Six Paths Sage Mode includes Sage Mode.
   * Rasenshuriken includes Rasengan.
   * Eight Gates includes every previous Gate.
   * Samehada fusion includes Samehada.

After submissions close (roughly 24h), the **8 highest-upvoted unique eligible builds** enter a tournament bracket where the subreddit votes on each matchup. **If there are not enough eligible builds, I'll decrease this to 4.**
