Will I do without medical attention?

On Friday I accidentally ran head first into glass because I thought there was an entrance there, I was in a state of panic initially and I did not have enough time to realise that it was glass and stop. I fell back from the impact (did not hit my head, I catched myself), but I got up immediately, managed to get home and even go get food an hour later, I have been functioning with no problem. I had nausea on Saturday and Sunday, but I get nauseous pretty often from anxiety and today my digestive system actually became wonky so... I've been more sleepy than usual, but I'm like that on breaks anyways and since it's summer now it's not that unusual. I've got slightly dizzy when sitting down and standing up yesterday and today, but nothing drastic. I also got a bump initially which went down after not even a day without using ice or ointment or anything, but it still hurts a lot to touch the place it was at. My biggest problem is my headache though. Sometimes it's my forehead, then my temples, my nose, the back of my head, the left top side of my head (the bump was on the left side of my forehead) and even though it's mild, I've had worse headaches and I haven't reached for pain medication once, it's still making me mad. The sleep used to help with the headache during the weekend but today all the times I've woken up, I've felt this mild pain seconds after waking/getting up. Screens are making the pain worse, unsurprisingly, but I would say my tolerance to them has increased since Saturday. Being outside also kind of triggers tension or pain, whatever the wheel lands on.

I am too afraid to tell a parent because they'll freak out more than me and they are worried enough about other things. I could technically make an appointment on my own since I'm 18, but I have no idea how to pick a doctor, how much I'll have to pay, how much time it will take, etc. I think I am healing, slowly, but I am starting to fear this mild annoying headache will stay for a long time. It has been 70 hours since the injury and I know it's not much, but I've hit my head so many times in the past and I've healed in a day (maybe because none of them included running into something, but still).
