Two BILRESA per KAJPLATS - is Aqara M100 all I need? (iPhone)

I don’t have any border router or similar at all right now. What is the cheapest way to be able to use two BILRESA for the same light?

If I get the Aqara M100, will that make all switches and lights visible in the IKEA app, where I’ll be able to set it up as I want?

Or do I need the DIRIGERA, or wait until I have Home Assistant running again?
