ILR Eligibility For Dependant

Hi not sure if someone can shed light on 5 year ILR Route Eligibility for my wife. I was originally on a Skilled Worker Visa now a naturalised British Citizen.

I am a bit confused about her eligibility for ILR.

She is currently on a Dependant Visa that will expire in March 2027.

Her first visa was granted from 24th July 2021 BUT she first entered UK on 6th October 2021.

My question is : Is she eligible now for ILR because my understanding is that we can make ILR application 28 days before the exact 5 years from the first visa for ILR?

The time period between 24th July to 5th Oct in this case would be considered normal absence and would be well under the overall 180 day per year limit.

Or she will be eligible in September/October time because the 5 year time would start from when she entered UK.
