disulfiram reacting to bac water?

My sister has really been through a lot. She struggled with addiction for years and, as a result, her weight has increased to around 302 lbs. She's now sober and has come to terms with needing to make some changes to get her health and life back on track.

I've suggested she look into GLP-1/GLP-3 medications, such as retatrutide, as a tool to help her lose weight alongside healthier habits.

Our only concern is that she's taking disulfiram (Antabuse) for alcohol dependence. We'd planned to reconstitute the peptide with bacteriostatic water, but we're worried the benzyl alcohol preservative might interact with the disulfiram.

Has anyone here used bac water while taking disulfiram?
