clerical error in marks because NO WAY I SCORED THIS LOW

my predicted was a 43, and my exams went really well (except aahl ofcourse) and i estimated my marks to come out to ~40/41, opened the portal today and got slammed with a 33. none of the teachers, parents nor my counselors believe that those are my real marks.

has this happened before? because i know i didnt fuck up, and i know i did well. even went home and checked all my answers to make sure they were right lol, but anyhow sending an email to my coordinator and getting it checked! does anyone know how long it takes? lmk!
