Neck pain due to turban
With the modern style of turbans we tie, does it impact your spine and posture.
Reason I am asking this is because we do twists/knots of turban at forehead as well as well on back(lower neck) when we give a pinch to turban. That pinched turban on the back neck becomes a knot and it is hard which restricts free movement of the neck.
Also, it makes really uncomfortable to use a headrest on any vehicle/airplane.
So, if someone has experienced this, what are the solutions. I know tying a dummalla can be one answer but I am not into that.
