Hello guys so I'm a 27 Y/o freelancer and suffer from Bipolar Disorder I. Right now I make up to 50k/month as AI has affected my work.

I've been freelancing since 2017 and here are some assets I've built.

Gold : 6 Lakhs

Flat : 70 Lakhs

Plot : 22 Lakhs

Savings : 30 Lakhs

A SUV purchased in 2022 (If you consider it an asset) : 11 Lakhs

My Ancestral house is up for sale which will yield around 60 lakhs for us. There's no EMI of any kind on me right now and I want to use this ancestral house sum for monthly income.

I also want to get a corporate job (Btech in computer science, 2023) so guys please tell me if it's possible to get a job in this era and how I should park my ancestral house sum for monthly income and please tell me if I'm doing okay according to my age.
