Dermatologist recommendation II

Do you have a recent experience with a recommendation? Looking for current (previous is 3 years old) recommendation for a NON- private equity owned dermatologist in Wilmington area. Dr. Saruk's practice has gone to crap, IMO. Not sure he returned to practice after a leave and wholly unsatisfied with last visit there. Somehow all my extensive records from years of full body scans with Dr. Saruk vanished. As a high risk for cancer patient I need someone who will give me time and not treat me like I'm an item on an assembly line. Thanks.
