[PC][unknown] A 2D pixelated 1st Person Click and Point horror/survival game that takes place in an abandoned village.

During the pandemic era (2019-2021), I watched a guy play a video game that has since been stuck in my head. Basically, you come to an abandoned village with a (I think red?) pickup truck only to find that the village is full of magical/demon like monsters that are distinctively different than eachother. You are able to obtain items such as a hammer to fight against the monsters or magical items like magical orbs that you may obtain by slaying boss monsters. The main character that we play with also has a girlfriwe rescue and continues the story in one of the later sequels of the game. One of the games had a final boss where you would be chased by a giant monster while driving the same pickup truck you came to the village with through a road.

I only remember one of the monsters. You encountered it in a toilet and tried to stay silent behind a door so it doesn't notice you. It had a dark green face, very large eyes and smile (kind of like momo except if it had teeth, small pupils and green colored skin). That's all I can remember.
