Forgotten Parental controls, Pls help

I've forgotten my Nintendo Switch Parental Controls PIN. It's not linked to the Parental Controls app or linked Nintendo Account. It's also not connected to wifi. I tried the contact page but its saying the enquiry number should be 8 digits when my one is 10 digits. Any advice/help? Can I call them?
