Is it normal to trynna talk to a girl you find attractive?

I go to a co working space it's like mid tier one, it's a goverment incubator actually for initial clothing businesses..

There in common areas and corridors I see this really pretty girl who i find attractive

Well I'm a shy and sanskari guy

I don't know if i should try to talk to her or let it be ? Would you try to talk or something?

She seems traditional and shy type as well...as she comes in trad attires ..just an assumption....

But we had eye contacts...she gives very warm and soft vibes ... Like we eye contact atleast 10 times
