Hi! I’m a 31 yo full time single mom from Alabama moving to the Nashville area for work. I bring home around $6.5k/month. I’m looking to purchase a townhome/condo situation. I see a few for sale off Old Hickory Blvd and Seven Springs?

Overall, I’m looking for a safe family friendly area, but with things to do. Whether that be running paths/walkable areas as we are outdoors a lot. Any insight would be very helpful.
