Is it worth to snitch at this point

Obviously the proctor didn’t catch him cheating so there is really no evidence besides what I saw of him cheating. Is there even a point to report this to CB at this point? I lowkey waited so long and procrastinated doing anything about it, so will even be in trouble at this point if I reported it?
