My notes disappeared

I was busy writing notes in the app. the app completely froze.

i closed the app and reopened it. and my note is gone!!!! All 156 pages of my hard work!!!

I have a huge exam tomorrow. I contacted support they told me to update my app and check deleted folders, open and close the app and try syncing again.

I have done all this. and nothing has worked. I’m about to have a panic attack and mental breakdown. I spent the past 4 months compiling a summary document with medical notes and now it’s all just vanished.
