Will a resort bus get me to Disney Springs BEFORE it opens at 10am (for a dining reservation also before 10am)?

Hi, everyone! If I have a 9am dining reservation at Disney Springs, but DS isn’t opening until 10am, will the DS bus from my resort start running early enough for me to make the reservation? Will I need to do a Lyft or MinnieVan instead?

Thank you! I go to the parks often, but I’ve met had a DS reservation pre-opening, so I’m out of my depth here.
