Skin Tints or Moisturizers recs without SPF or Niacinamide?

With the summer heat, and for days my skin is looking actually pretty decent, I want to move into a skin tint, tinted moisturizer or even a CC cream. My current foundation is a bit for more glam days which is great but not needed when I’m quickly going out for errands.

I was looking at some but I am still working on SPF triggers so avoiding this (unless it is purely Zinc Oxide) and also niacinamide.

I was looking at the Eborian CC Cream or Refy Skin Tint but wanted to ask for recommendations of what currently works in your rosacea friendly arsenal. Thank you!
