Retrofoam vs blown in cellulose

Anyone in the Seattle area go with retrofoam over blown in cellulose for their walls?
We have a 1960s split level that has the original fiberglass wall insulation. We topped off the attic a few years ago but are thinking it’s probably a good idea to update the wall insulation as well.
