5 mistakes that kill faceless channels (I see these constantly)

If you're starting a faceless channel, avoiding these puts you ahead of most people:

  1. Chasing too many niches. Jumping topics confuses the algorithm and the audience. Pick one and go deep.
  2. Copy-paste content. Reposting the same listicle everyone else makes. Add your own angle or opinion, that's the one thing that can't be copied.
  3. Ignoring the thumbnail and title. A great video nobody clicks earns nothing. These deserve as much effort as the video itself.
  4. Quitting before video 30. Most people give up at video 8, right before things usually start moving. The algorithm needs data first.
  5. No hook. If the first 10 seconds don't grab people, the rest doesn't matter.

Which of these have you been guilty of? I'll admit I ignored thumbnails for way too long.
