If ive only tried a few drugs once am I okay?

if ive tried drugs like adderall, percocet, lsd, diazepam, and xanax just once each will i be okay? I've tried to do research on each one but I cant find a website that will give me actual neutral advice and instead just spews out the same dramatized notes that I may need help
