I'm switching from desktop to laptop, what should I buy?

I'm new to ThinkPads and i currently have a desktop with an RX 6600 and an i3 12100F, and I wanted to switch to a laptop. I have a budget of about $600 (or something like that, since I use a different currency). Which ThinkPad should I get if I need a GPU (for local ai stuff), or should I get one at all? Is it worth buying an eGPU for this? I’m also planning to buy used.
