Unsupported regions

Ever since I saw the news that Sony will stop producing disc copies of every game that'll come out in January 2028 I wonder what would happen to the regions that don't support a PSN store. Take the Philippines for example, it doesn't support one. I mean yeah sure they can use foreign accounts like buying from the US region but didn't Sony tighten up the payment verification? Because 2 months ago I tried buying a digital copy of their game from another region (because of the discount that it offers) And when I went to payment verification it didn't work because the card that I use didn't match the accounts region.

What are y'all thoughts about this guys? Do you think that Sony will start supporting the countries that doesn't have a PSN store?
