Travel history for UK Fiancé Visa application

I’m having a problem while filling in my UK Fiancé Visa application, and I would really appreciate your advice.

In the travel history section, there is one part for trips to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and another separate part for trips to all other countries.

My problem is that I travelled to Northern Cyprus which belongs to Turkey (TRNC) in January 2023. I entered and left through Ercan Airport in Northern Cyprus.
However, in the application, there is only “Cyprus” and it is listed under Europe. It does not separate Northern Cyprus from the Republic of Cyprus.

The problem is that I have never had a Schengen visa, and I have never entered the Schengen Area, not even for one day. I’m worried that if I report this trip under the Europe section, it could be confusing.

How should I report this trip in my application? At the moment, the only place where I can add it is under the Europe travel history.
