Planaria or detritus?

I can't get a picture bc they're soooo small. But I have these teeny tiny miniscule white worms on the tank glass. Google says detritus worms or planaria. Worried about the planaria. Hiw can I tell the difference. They're so tiny, I thought they were tiny scratches in the tank. Any help. I'm so worried.
