i need genuine help

So basically, for a long period of time, since i have downloaded geometry dash, i was getting like 5k+ ping (when i was on call, and i wasnt) according to discord. Do someone know how to fix the ping spikes issues? Like, it pisses me off so bad when im lagging, that i got my old lapotp broken.
