Lower back mainly left hip and glute ache ( why?) what to do??!

Hello

I’m 32 years old and never had any issues with my bones or back ache. I am about 112 lbs and 5ft 2. Mÿ dad died in feb and since March I’ve had a weird hip / groin ache that radiates from What I thought was the piriformis. I went to an osteopath who suspects glute minimus / soft tissue injury ( no idea how ) worst thing I’ve done / do is sit too much. I had a transvaginal and trans abdo ultrasound- clear. All reassuring. Finally seen a physiotherapist who said he is certain it’s soft tissue and gave me some hip adductor exercises- since doing them I improved and then I had a very stressful day and since then my whole leg and butt and hip have aches so much! After walking not much it aches, but I feel better walking around than sitting/ being still.

I am going to have an X-ray and bloods on Thursday. I just want to be given some hope and stuff. I go back to USA on holiday in 60 days and I want this gone- I am more than willing to do the work to help it.

Any tips/ advice? What could this be? Grief???
