Umbrella Liability Insurance

After reading The Simple Path to Wealth, I'm wondering what the community's thoughts are on Umbrella Liability insurance.

1. Worth it, not worth it?
2. At what Net Worth would you consider obtaining it if it is worthwhile?
3. Rough estimation of cost for say $2M in coverage?

I did receive a quote from my insurance agent for both $2M & $3M in coverage, respectively $1177, and $1341 annually. I hate to spend the money, but thinking it's time to do so. Much appreciate any thoughts on the matter!
