Dream I got amnesia

I had a dream I was on my way home returning from work due to an early release, when while waiting for the bus to drive me nearby to where I live after having crossed the railroad station my heart had a sharp jolt of pain go through it. I was working through the summer because I needed enough money to survive on my own before college the next year. I had begun walking slowly where I approached the stop before it occurred. There were lots of people around me, all waiting and almost every sign was written in Japanese. Immediately after I felt dizzy but tried to fight through it and blacked out. It felt like I lost all my memories too in the dream while unconscious. I remember having weird clothes on since I'd decided to change up my style a little that week for something French inspired. My mind became all scrambled and I was terrified of what was happening but tried to hide it as I didn’t want anyone to worry. The second before blacking out I swear I remembered someone, I think a colleague yelling in worry but have no clue as to what actually happened. According to the dream he had come with me on my way to the station since we were both headed in the same direction. 😵‍💫
