Do you have an internal monologue and if not were you surprised to find out other people did?

It's estimated that 5-10% of Americans don't have an internal monologue. I am in that percentage. I don't hear words in my own or any other persons voice. I know it can be hard to get your head around but I assure you I do not.

Do you have one? I don't and I'm wondering if there are a disproportionate number of us that do or don't.
