I can’t access bathing quarters help :(

When I teleport to the bathing quarters I can only jump up and down but I can’t walk or run anywhere, I’m just stuck frozen at the entrance where you spawn.

So far I’ve tried it after I’ve deleted and reinstalled roblox, and after I’ve reset to my default roblox avatar. I’ve tried on both my phone and my ipad and neither works.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
